This weekend will provide your colleagues with one of the most effective and memorable team building experiences money can buy. They will be moulded into a committed, focused and highly competitive team, as they train to man the pits during the weekend’s main event, a televised championship race.
Your colleagues will be supported at all times by experienced full-time teammates. They will help everyone to deliver a championship performance, from the team briefing on Friday morning, to the moment Michael triumphantly crosses the finish line during Sunday exhilarating race.

The weekend starts here.
If you are lucky enough to have been chosen, be prepared to hit the ground running, because for the next 48hrs success = speed!
When you arrive at your country house hotel, early on Friday morning, your pit suit and helmet will be ready for you. At 8.30 sharp you will be driven to the racetrack.
On arrival there will be a team briefing. It will be your job to get the car through scrutineering, as well as performing wheel changes and refuelling during pit stops. You must decide, collectively, how to allocate roles and responsibilities. This is where team building - and race winning - starts in earnest!
By mid day you will have chosen a manager, a scrutineer, allocated responsibility for refuelling and selected your gopher (an uninspiring job title, but a vital role). You will all be responsible for wheel changes. Refuelling responsibilities come with specialist training and extra protective clothing. Now you are ready for your first practice lap.
Friday afternoon is taken up with practice and qualifying. Michael will push himself and the car to the limit on the track. You will be pushed to the limit in the pit. You’ll soon see if the team works!
If you were wondering, in the middle of all the excitement, about something to eat and drink, ask your team manager. Everything you need is available, but if things are not thought of and planned for, they won’t happen. Your team - your responsibility.
Faster and faster.
Saturday morning will be taken up with qualifying. By now everyone knows what to do, the team gets into its rhythm, the laps get faster but the pressure keeps building. There might be a race in the afternoon. The first real test. Is your team good enough to support a Championship contender?
Under pressure.
This is it. Sunday. Race day. This is where Team Spirit picks up points. This matters. The race will be televised live on Sky. But better still, you can invite friends and family to Sunday’s race. You can also invite clients. This is the chance for your people to prove they can deliver outstanding results under extreme pressure. If they can succeed here, everyone will see they are winning team.
In touch with the leaders.
Once you are involved with Team Spirit, you’re with us for the season. Veterans of our race weekends have privileged access to the members area of our website, where they can follow team progress as others build on their success. We will end the season on the podium. Our triumph will be your triumph. On the racetrack and back at work, there will be a resounding victory for Team Spirit.
Our team - your team.
You were there for us we are here for you. If, like most organisations, you want to celebrate your achievements and advertise your success, what better way than to brand your teams Radical SR3 with your logo.
If you really want to impress – you can go one further. You can sponsor Team Spirit for the race in which your colleagues participate. The car will be emblazoned in your company colours, and for one day you will know how it feels to be Frank Williams or Jackie Stewart. Thousands of fans and tens of thousands of Sky viewers will have the chance to hear your name, see your brand – and watch you win?
